Pillar Posts:

• All steel pipes are using in play system are being washed by chemical to avoid rusting & strength.

 
Powder Coating Finish:

• All steel Raw Material wash in 7 TANK Acid. Cleaning system subsequently drying & soaping of powder on pipes components is carried out. The coating shells have support top finishing.

Fiber Component:

• All the fiber component being used from Resin, mat, cobalt hardener & Wax to get it form.

Plastic Component:

• All plastic components are manufactured from high grade quality of LLDP with the support of Roto Moulded machine to get smooth finish and every component.

 
Handrails:

• The handrails used 20 OD, 25 OD & 32 OD steel pipes.
• All steel pipes used to must be an electrical resistance welded, hot rolled, high strength.

Swing Seats:

• Our swing seats are made from high grade F.R.P. laminated, with steel pipe to get the strength and durability.

Ladders:

• The ladders assembly must be made from thick punched steel with fabricated, welded and powder quoted finish.

• All Raj Equipment products use a unique minimum maintenance fasting system called the TRUE SAFE system.

• Our rectangular, square decks & stairs are fabricated from thick punched steel with a powder coated finish.
• Our decks are also available in F.R.P. laminated which helps reduce heat & noise besides making it a safer option for children.
