Process Map Custom Design

Our design team is comprised of play space designers and graphic artists, led by an expert landscape architect. We visit your site and get a thorough understanding of your requirements, based on which we present comprehensive proposals and designs.

Choice of Colours

We present a detailed colour scheme for the play space that is best suited to the project based on various factors such as surroundings, age group, as well as the way colours psychologically affect humans. We use high quality UV grade PU paint and powder coating for colouring play equipments.

Raw Materials

Once design and colours are finalized, we procure raw materials for construction of play equipments. We use high quality materials for making equipments which include LLDPE (linear low density poly-ethelyn) roto moulding powder, GI Pipe, CR sheets and FRP (fibre reinforced plastic).

Moulding

The play equipments start taking shape in the moulding stage. We use state of the art roto moulding machine which offers smooth and highly detailed finishing for the smallest of components.

Fabrication

Moulded components are then put together to create the final product. Fabrication is done with high precision and an eye for detail.

Finishing

Each component and finishing is checked and rechecked, and required final touches are applied to ensure the product meets all requirements. We ensure each product meets the quality standards we have set for ourselves.

Packing

Finally, the equipments are carefully packed and prepared to be shipped. Packaging is done to ensure utmost safety of the equipments in transit.

Installation

Our installation engineers will visit your site within 2 days of delivery. The installation team is comprised of engineers from varied backgrounds such as Landscape Architecture, Civil and Mechanical Engineering with experience of over a decade.

Pillar Posts:

• All steel pipes are using in play system are being washed by chemical to avoid rusting & strength.

Powder Coating Finish:

• All steel Raw Material wash in 7 TANK Acid. Cleaning system subsequently drying & soaping of powder on pipes components is carried out. The coating shells have support top finishing.
• Maximum exterior durability & will have support adhesion characteristics.

Fiber Component:

• All the fiber component being used from Resin, mat, cobalt hardener & Wax to get it form.

Plastic Component:

• All plastic components are manufactured from high grade quality of LLDP with the support of Roto Moulded machine to get smooth finish and every component.

Handrails:

• The handrails used 20 OD, 25 OD & 32 OD steel pipes.
• All steel pipes used to must be an electrical resistance welded, hot rolled, high strength.
• All pipes are powder coated finish.

Swing Seats:

• Our swing seats are made from high grade F.R.P. laminated, with steel pipe to get the strength and durability.

Ladders:

• The ladders assembly must be made from thick punched steel with fabricated, welded and powder quoted finish.

Fasteners:

• All Raj Equipment products use a unique minimum maintenance fasting system called the TRUE SAFE system.

Raj Equipment Decks & Stairs:

• Our rectangular, square decks & stairs are fabricated from thick punched steel with a powder coated finish.
• Our decks are also available in F.R.P. laminated which helps reduce heat & noise besides making it a safer option for children.

Ltd.) are using good quality of Bubbles Plastic along with Corrugated Pitch Board Sheets during packing so that our material should reach to our valuable customer with safely and good condition.

Finally, the equipments are carefully packed and prepared to be shipped. Packaging is done to ensure utmost safety of the equipments in transit.

Safety standards for play Ground Equipment:

We manufacture all products as per the ISO, ISI parameters and we also follow the safety standards i.e. European EN 1176 standard, the American ASTM F1487 standard & the Australian AS4685 standard.
